This vacation rental was very nice. Very clean and was actually updated even nicer than the photos. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet. Close to the Disney parks, and restaurants. Our booking agent was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Just spectacular! Do the math, for 10-20 dollars more a night you can stay in a townhouse! We stayed at Emerald a year ago, and this year I was still awed by how well kept this resort is. I think a baseline for comparison is Disney parks and properties. Emerald Island is right up to those standards without a doubt. Have no hesitation, Sri is great to work with in booking, and the service and support while you are there is top notch. How many times have you looked online at places and when you get there you wonder where it was they took the pictures for their websites? I can tell you this place looks like the pictures!
We had a nice view of a pond from this unit and it is spacious enough for visitors. The proximity to WDW, especially Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs is a plus. We like Emerald Island and the rental manger enough that we have already reserved for next year. The manager is customer service oriented, responsive and available. Our disappointment is that the fitness center opens late (8 AM).
